5. Intellectual Property

Content you create within the platform (coaching sessions, workspace outputs, project data) remains yours. Poerava retains ownership of the platform, its design, AI models integration, and all related technology.

6. AI-Generated Content

The coaching provided by Poerava is generated by AI and is intended as educational guidance. It should not be considered professional consulting advice. Users are responsible for evaluating and applying any recommendations in their specific context.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Poerava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data from the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
